Masterforex-V Expo: Best STP FX Brokers in June 2016

In this article, we are going to take a closer look at the STP technology as well as the best FX brokers using this technology. The essence of the so-called STP technology and STOP-based trading software boils down to backing access to the real market and true market prices while getting client orders executed directly, without any third party involved.

Basically, an STP (Straight Through Processing) broker is an FX company sending client orders directly from the client to the liquidity provider. These liquidity providers are which are represented by major international banks and other financial institutions. An STP broker can work with several liquidity providers simultaneously. The bigger the list of liquidity providers, the better… This is especially good for the client since the market gets more liquid an it is much easier to trade the chosen asset. Moreover, when trading with an STP FX broker, you can choose between fixed and floating spreads, which is another flexibility feature.

The good news is that STP and ECN brokers cannot trade against their clients. STP brokers usually act middlemen between the client and the liquidity provider backing interbank quoting.
The broker benefits from making a certain spread markup, which is essentially some kind of a fee charged from letting the trader access the company’s liquidity providers at all times.

Meanwhile, there are dozens of STP brokers out there.  That’s why it is so difficult to choose one for yourself. You can spend long hours checking one broker against another. Or you can do it the short and easy way by checking the rating of the best FX STP brokers by Masterforex-V Expo. The rating is updated on a monthly basis and is available at Masterforex-V Expo, the most unbiased collection of FX ratings on the web. The latest update took place in June 2016.
